Why do you take the complement of the Chebyshev's eqn? Because doesn't 15% to 25% mean that you are in that interval already? |

The Chebyshev's eqn gives you the probability of guessing wrong which means it gives the everything outside the 15% to 25% interval so you get the interval by taking the complement. |
